10 ASX Companies That Performed On Top Today - 5 June 2020

The S&P/ASX200 Index rose slightly at 0.1 percent higher with the winning-streak that started since end-April adding 14 percent overall.

The Banking blue chips performed well to add on Thursday’s gains as ANZ (ASX:ANZ) climbed 2.9 percent to end the week up 10.5 percent and National Australia Bank (ASX:NAB) gained 3 percent to surge 9.4 percent for the week of 5 June. Others that performed are Westpac (ASX:WBC) which advanced 3.3 percent and Commonwealth Bank (ASX:CBA) ending the trading day at 1.6 percent.

Elsewhere, Bank of Queensland (ASX:BOQ) closed early 9 percent higher while Bendigo & Adelaide Bank (ASX:BEN) firmed 4.7 percent.

Travel and related sector remains a contender of comebacks with Sydnay Airport (ASX:SYD) rallying 6.2 percent and Qanta (ASX:QAN) adding 3.1 percent. Notably, Woolworths (ASX:WOW) edged 1.3 percent after the bell to round up the highlights of the day.

Silex Systems Ltd (ASX:SLX)
SLX surged 41.8 percent today inching closer to the acquire GE-Hitachi Nuclear Energy’s stake in Global Laser Enrichment after arrangements made with Cameco Corporation in 2019. Global Laser Enrichment is the exclusive licensee of Silex’s laser uranium enrichment technology.

Altura Mining Ltd (ASX:AJM)
AJM shares soared 39.1 percent today after being mentioned in the Global Lithium Market 2020: Size, Share, Revenue, In-Depth Analysis, Regional Overview, Key Statistics And Business Growth Opportunity Till 2025 report by 3w Market News.

De Grey Mining Ltd (ASX:DEG)
DEG’s stock flew high at 31.3 percent today after drilling defined a major extension of the Brolga intrusion at its Hemi discovery. Results were 16m grading 2.4 grams per tonne (g/t) gold from a depth of 40m and 4m at 5g/t gold from 60m.

Syrah Resources Ltd (ASX:SYR)
Graphite producer SYR ended the trading day at 26.2 percent higher. SYR is one of the few resources and mining companies to promote an exploration project into production status.

Pilbara Minerals Ltd (ASX:PLS)
Lithium miner PLS advanced 22.4 percent today to round up the top 5 as the LI sector performed decently overall. Earlier in May, PLS highlight the growth in battery storage demand, and that the lower cost of systems was driving increased consumer/residential energy storage installations and commercial-grade facilities.

Mid-Week Top 10 ASX Companies

10 ASX Companies That Performed On Top Today - 1 July 2020

The S&P/ASX 200 Index managed to edge out 0.6 percent gain as it begins its new financial year.

Banking
stocks helped the cause as National Australia Bank (ASX:NAB) soared 1.9 percent, Westpac Banking Corp (ASX:WBC) surged 1.8 percent, ANZ (ASX:ANZ) climbed 1.3 percent and Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) firmed 0.4 percent.

Mining and resources stocks in Gold performed strongly today as Northern Star Resources (ASX:NST) increased 7 percent and Newcrest Mining (ASX:NCM) jumped 2.6 percent.

Tech
stocks performed admirably as NEXTDC (ASX:NXT) advanced 8.1 percent, Megaport (ASX:AP1) gained 7.4 percent and Afterpay (ASX:APT) closed 4.1 percent higher.

Alterity Therapeutics Ltd (ASX:ATH)
Biotech and drug developer skyrocketed 871% after landing an US FDA approval for its ATH434 that treats Parkinsonian disorders. Alterity reached agreement with the agency on the non-clinical investigations required to support the mid-stage study, along with patient population, safety monitoring plan, and strategy for evaluating drug exposure during the trial. Titanium Sands Ltd (ASX:TSL)
High grade minerals explorer TSL surged 34.7 percent today after clarifications were made about its exploration licenses on Mannar Island in Sri Lanka with the support of the country’s Geological Survey and Mines Bureau (GSMB) within guidelines already in place.

Kairos Minerals Ltd (ASX:KAI)
Diversified West Australian-based exploration company KAI jumped 27.9 percent today after Tuesday’s 16.2 percent increase. On 18 June, KAI has more than doubled its Pilbara land tenure in the vicinity of De Grey Mining (ASX:DEG)’s extraordinary gold find at its Hemi project. (Source: The West Australian)

Titomic Ltd (ASX:TTT)
Industrial-scale additive manufacturing company TTT surged 26.7 percent today after its appointment of defense expert Dr. Andreas Schwer as the company’s Chairman following the retirement of outgoing chairman Philip Vafiadis last week. Dr. Schwer has over 25 years of global experience in the global defense, manufacturing and aerospace industries.

Orion Minerals Ltd (ASX:ORN)
Junior minerals explorer ORN rose 26.7 percent to squeeze into the top 5. On Monday, it was announced that mining-focused, private equity group Tembo Capital Mining Fund, has confirmed its continued support of Orion through an extension to the term of the $3.6 million loan facility from 25 June 2020 to 31 October 2020. 10 ASX Companies That Performed On Top Today - 30 June 2020

The S&P/ASX200 Index recovered 1.4 percent today which translated to a massive 16 percent gain for the Q2 2020 — the biggest jump since Q3 2019.

Banks were leading the rally on Tuesday as Commonwealth Bank of Australia (ASX:CBA) firmed 1.2 percent, Westpac Banking Corp (ASX:WBC) rose 0.9 percent, National Australia Bank (ASX:NAB) finished 0.6 percent higher and ANZ (ASX:ANZ) just closed just 0.4 percent above.

Miners mostly recovered marginally as Rio Tinto (ASX:RIO) and Fortescue Metals Group (ASX:FMG) both gained 0.7 percent while BHP Group (ASX:BHP) rose 1.2 percent.

‘Buy now, pay later’ provider Afterpay (ASX:APT) closed 7.2 percent higher to finish a massive 143 percent over the last financial year

Resource Development Group Ltd (ASX:RDG)
Fundraising consulting firm RDG topped the chart with a 20 percent share price increase. RDG recently acquired a 100% interest in manganese tenements, Ant Hill and Sunday Hill, in the Pilbara, from MRL’s wholly-owned subsidiary Auvex Resources. (Source: Mining Weekly)

Monday Movers – Top 10 ASX Companies Today

10 ASX Companies That Performed On Top Today - 29 June 2020

The S&P/ASX200 Index retreated 1.5 percent today to wipe out the gains from last Friday as outlook for lockdown measures is seemingly looking less optimistic.

Energy, real estate and travel stocks were amongst the standouts for the slump. Webjet (ASX:WEB) fell 5.3 percent while Qantas (ASX:QAN) and Fight Centre (ASX:FLT) both declined 5 percent.

Notable companies from O&G giants such as Beach Energy (BPT) suffered 5.6 percent while Origin Energy (ASX:ORG) traded 4.4 percent lower.

Unibail-Rodamco-Westfield (ASX:URW) plunged 6.1 percent, Stockland Group (ASX:SGP) retreated 5.9 per cent and Growthpoint Properties (ASX:GOZ) fell 1.8 percent to round up the hardest-hit in the Real estate sector.

Auteco Minerals Ltd (ASX:AUT)
Emerging mineral exploration company AUT saw its shares effectively doubled today. Brockman Mining Ltd (ASX:BCK)
WA-based junior hematite explorer jumped 35 percent today. Brockman’s hematite projects are located in the Pilbara Region of Western Australia, adjacent to the core tenements of Western Australia’s other major iron ore developers. Brockman’s principal projects include the Marillana Project, the Ophthalmia Project and few other minor exploration projects in the area. Among all projects, the Marillana Project is of the largest in scale, with approximately 1.63 billion tonnes of hematite Mineral Resources. Contained within the Mineral Resource is 1 billion tonnes of hematite Ore Reserves. The distance between the tenements and Port Hedland (being the largest port in the Western Australia) is approximately 270 kilometres. Emerging iron ore company CTM saw its share traded 34.3 percent higher after announcing today that it discovered a maiden nickel resource for its Brazil-based Jaguar project, with the majority of the resource within 200m of surface. Great Southern Mining Ltd (ASX:GSN)
Junior mineral explorer surged 31.3 percent having just recently commenced drilling at its Cox’s Find gold project in WA earlier in June The drilling program will be carried out in two phases with the first of around 5,000 metres of RC drilling and 500 metres of diamond core drilling focusing on delineating the extent of high-grade mineralisation identified previously.

Metalicity Ltd (ASX:MCT)
WA-based gold explorer MCT soared 26.7 percent today having recently announced promising results from drilling at its Kookynie gold project in WA. The first 11 holes of the initial 44-hole program confirmed extensive high-grade, near-surface gold mineralisation at the Leipold prospect, with 10 holes returning a significant intercept.
